Rachel & Con were married on a boiling hot September day at the gorgeous Fanhams Hall Hotel, a stunning Hertfordshire wedding venue known for its elegant gardens and that iconic Japanese red bridge. Their love of travel was woven through the day—from table names to thoughtful decorations—and it made for such a fun, personal atmosphere.
We’d actually met a few times before the big day (including a cosy post-lockdown pub meet-up and their engagement shoot at Hatfield House), so it felt extra special to photograph this one. As the sun cooled, we made the most of the soft golden hour light for some relaxed wedding portraits in the gardens—perfect for showing off the late summer colours.
The party was brilliant, full of joy, laughter and love. I’m so thrilled they chose to order a wedding album—it really was a day worth remembering.
