I am excited to know all about you so here is a little bit about me.

I love being in the outdoors, taking long walks in the woods with my rescue huskies, my wife, and my daughter. Nature does it for me, bringing calm, focus, and inspiration.

I love animals, dogs, huskies, wolves—and I am a huge advocate of conservation of the earth. I love running, and I love what I do, I always have. My dad had aself made darkroom in the bathrrom when I was little and I used to love going in and watching him develop the pictures - it was like magic!

My main intentions when working together is simply to make sure you are 

Whether you’re documenting every day life as a family, booking an engagement or a wedding session, I work with you to be present and capture striking pictures that will last a lifetime. Our session together goes by in the blink of an eye and you should soak up every minute of it. So let’s make it one for the books.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am a professional photographer based in North London, on the borders of Hertfordshire ( I know that sounds like two places).

I photograph portraits and my work has led me to meet amazing people and hear some fantastic stories.

I love to connect with the people I photograph and hear their stories.

Weddings are a unique day, one of those few cherished times, you have all the people you love in one place.  I am so happy I get to be the one to document it for you, capturing happy memories and the special moments alongside looking for light, colour, and creative compositions. I often work alongside a second photographer, so we can be in two places at once. We stay behind the scenes and you'll often find us squeezed into corners, poking a lens through gaps in a hedge, crouching low during the speeches then quietly and I like to think strategically, darting from one end of a room to another, to capture a guest laughing or a teary moment.

Photography is all I have ever done so I like to think I know what I am doing!

I realise you probably don't like having your photograph taken, and neither do I! I'll get to know you both through our initial meetings, maybe an engagement shoot and definitely at our walk around at the venue before your wedding day. Once you book me I am here for you to send me any concerns, photos you like, questions or just to tell me more. All this means I can will help you feel relaxed on the day. It's fun I promise!

I understand how much goes into making your wedding day as individual as you are. There is nothing nicer than when a couple send me a message after their wedding to say thank you and you can read some of those here.

When I'm not working one of my favourite things is travelling.

I first met my husband in Tokyo and together we did some extensive travelling, me with my camera and Jon with his sketchpad. Since having our two children, travelling has become closer with road trips around the UK and Europe - especially Spain which I have a particular love for. Our dog Luna, is pretty well travelled too.

Running has been something I discovered later in life and it's the best start to my day, heading out with a friend, yes I can talk and run at the same time!
